Capital PRIDE in Downtown Ottawa

Join the city-wide celebration as Capital PRIDE returns to Ottawa from August 16 to 24, 2025, bringing a vibrant week of events, music, and community spirit.

PRIDE Parade

The festival’s highlight, the PRIDE Parade, takes place on Sunday, August 24 at 1 PM, winding through downtown Ottawa and our neighbourhood. With over 225 groups and thousands of participants, it’s a colorful, joyful celebration of diversity and inclusion.

Live Music at The Shed and The Booth on Sparks Street

During Pride Week, experience live music at The Shed on Sparks Street on August 19th and 21st. Presented in collaboration with the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition (OMIC) and Capital(e) PRIDE, these performances add an extra layer of excitement and celebration to the heart of the city.
