Downtown BIA is entering a new chapter.

As we reimagine Ottawa’s downtown core, this is a moment of opportunity—for property owners, entrepreneurs, and community builders alike. The Downtown BIA is leading a new initiative to fill vacant spaces with the right mix of tenants, catalyzing economic renewal and street-level vibrancy.
