The Downtown BIA (DTBIA) is seeking proposals for Sidewalk Cleaning and Public Space Maintenance Services for a nine-month term beginning April 15, 2026.
This contract supports the cleanliness and upkeep of sidewalks and public spaces across the Downtown BIA. The scope of work includes sidewalk and curb sweeping, weed abatement using environmentally responsible methods, and ongoing site inspections to help identify and report maintenance needs.
Services will focus on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, particularly in high-traffic areas, and include the removal of debris, litter, needles, and other waste, as well as monitoring conditions across the public realm.
